Rasheed began his culinary career in Amman, Jordan, working at the five-star hotels The Sheraton and The Grand Hyatt.
After moving back to London he worked under the likes of Matthew Harris at Bibendum, Rowley Leigh at Launceston Place, and Richard Turner at The Old Bear.
Rasheed has also been a personal chef to the likes of Sir Elton John and Sean Penn.
Rasheed is currently the head chef at The Zetter Resaurant.
